If you have ever had a panic attack then you know just how awful it can be. Most of the time, I would feel as if no one could understand how I felt. The most common symptom I dealt with was a racing heart beat and rapid pulse. I also experienced having trouble breathing. Sharing exactly how and what I do to stop my panic attacks made me feel a lot better. Others were able to learn from my experience, and it felt good to help. The first thing I figured out was how to do what I knew would help stop my panic attacks. It usually was as easy as taking a step back from whatever situation was causing the problem. I found a lot of great tips online as I was searching for a cure to help me with my anxiety. Some worked, and some didn’t, but everyone is different so what didn’t work for me may very well be the answer to your problems.
